This is a 12 hour class per State requirements for individuals who have received a DWI. Classes are held on the 1st full weekend of every month. Class requires a minimum of 3 people.

The program is designed to help DWI offenders increase their knowledge of alcohol and how it relates to driving, to identify their own drinking use and driving patterns, and to assist them in developing plans which will reduce the probability of future DWI behavior.

Topics include alcohol and traffic safety, Texas laws relating to DWI, effects of alcohol on humans, alcohol and driving task abilities, symptoms of dependency, sources of assistance, costs of DWI, and decision-making.

Drug Offender Education

This is a 15 hour class required of probation for those who have a drug related charge. This class is held on the 3rd week of every month. Class requires a minimum of 3 people.  

The program will increase the knowledge of drug offenders by educating them on the dangers of abuse and its illegal activities, to identify individual drug-use, and to assist them in developing a plan to reduce the probability of future drug use and illegal behavior.

Course topics include history of drug abuse, laws, how drugs work, cost, health issues, relationships, values and behaviors, past and desired behaviors, getting control of your life, resource options, and personal planning.

Theft Prevention

This is a 4 hour class Required by probation for those with theft related charges. This class is scheduled on an individual basis. Call to schedule.

The program is for anyone who has been court-ordered to take a theft, shoplifting, larceny, or theft awareness class. The class is interesting and presented in a way that actually makes the experience enjoyable. 

The class allows you to meet your court, legal, or personal requirements, without losing time away from work, home or other life commitments. 

Substance Abuse Professionals evaluate employees who have violated a DOT Drug and Alcohol Program Regulation and make recommendations concerning Education, Treatment, Follow-Up Testing, and Aftercare according to DOT requirements.


When DOT Drug & Alcohol Rules are violated; [e.g. test positive, or refuse a test,] employers are required to immediately remove employees from performing safety-sensitive functions and not permit the employee to return to DOT regulated safety-sensitive functions until the employee has:


  1. Undergone an evaluation by a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) 
  2. Successfully completed any courses, counseling or treatment as required by DOT prior to returning to service;
  3. Undergone a follow up evaluation by the same SAP to determine their compliance with their recommendations and any after care recommendations.
  4. Provide a RETUTN-TO-DUTY (breath and/or urine specimen) that tests negative for drugs and/or alcohol prior to returning to DOT regulated safety-sensitive functions.

Victim Impact Panel (LIVE)

Hear first hand from individuals who have been affected by DWI accidents. This panel is held on Saturday the same weekend as the DWI Education class. It requires a minimum of 3 people.

The Victim Impact Panel is live and presented by someone who has been personally affected by a DWI. The presentation will include a personal testimony on the tragic consequences of DWIs.

The program is designed to increase the awareness of participants by educating them on the impact of alcohol and/or drugs on others and themselves.

Drug & Alcohol Assessment

Get screened for appropriate treatment and referrals. 

A drug or alcohol assessment (also called an alcohol or substance abuse evaluation) is made up of screening, assessment, follow-up, and referral services. 

Screening involves screening clients to determine if addiction or co-occurring disorders are present. Screening often involves a set of basic yes or no questions.

Anger Management Class

Constant stress or worrying about matters you cannot control can lead to hopelessness and anger. Anger management class is 12 sessions at $40 a session.

Studies show 20% of the U.S. suffer from an anger management issue. If you’re living with anger, there is light at the end of the tunnel. 

Anger management provides knowledge and support from people with similar experiences. You get a chance to share your feelings and ask for advice.

Individual Counseling Session

Sliding Scale
Work with a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) who will provide a tailored treatment plan. 

This is a 60 minute individual session in a judgement free therapeutic situation where the individual talks one-on-one with a alcohol and drug counselor. 

Unlike getting advice from friends or family, we are certified professionals who have received formal training and are licensed by the state to practice individual counseling.
